On 22nd April 2025, the students of Class VII at DPS Surat commemorated World Earth Day with a vibrant and inspiring assembly. The event began with a soulful song that highlighted the beauty of Earth and the need for its conservation, setting a reflective tone for the occasion. Following the song, the students presented a powerful nukkad natak (street play) that conveyed the urgent message of environmental responsibility, portraying the consequences of neglecting nature and advocating for sustainable practices.
The assembly culminated in an energetic dance performance, symbolising the harmonious relationship between humans and the environment. The assembly truly left the audience inspired and motivated to take action toward preserving the Earth for future generations.
