Mens sana in corpore sano has been a sound belief passed down from our earliest education systems, be it Greek schools or Indian gurukuls. Hence, to continue the excellent tradition of a sound mind in a healthy body, we provide many indoor and outdoor physical activities to our students. Our aim is not to create champions (though many champions surface within our system) but to motivate a healthy enjoyment of physical activity, team spirit and build up stamina levels. Our sports department has multi talented and qualified coaches including university players, national players, international players, national arbiters and international umpires. Our students participate in Inter School, Inter DPS, CBSE (Cluster IX, West zone and National), SGFI and many open tournaments, bring in many trophies. But to reiterate – not victory, so much as participation, is our motto.
